I was at a point in my life where I found myself feeling completely depleted and stuck. Then, I went to one of Lisa’s workshop where she shared her story and presented the group to a form of therapy called IFS (Internal Family Systems), which I found utterly fascinating. I have been in and out of traditional therapy for close to 30 years, starting in my early 20’s, and when I heard Lisa talk about IFS it drew me to hire Lisa as my coach.
I find Lisa to be nurturing and entirely non-judgmental. She has such a wonderful free spirit about herself, and I feel completely comfortable opening up to her. With my past therapists, I have always been a bit hesitant to fully open up because of my trust issues. However with Lisa, I feel very relaxed and see her as a kindred spirit.
I have only been working privately with Lisa since late August of 2017, and I can’t believe the significant changes I have seen in my life, thus far. I used to give 95% of my time to tending to the needs of others. Now it is down to 30%, which allows me time to return to two of greatest passions, photography and writing.
Right now, I am working on creating a home photography studio, publishing a magazine to celebrate my 55th birthday, and starting a small photography business. I now wake up each morning with purpose.
Lisa offered me many supplements to aid in my healing from IFS tools, oracle cards, information on crystals, guidance on mediation, Reiki, her workshops, her newsletter, and her book, Answering Your Inner Calling. All of these tools and resources have been beneficial in my healing journey.
I genuinely feel happier, freer, and have much more confidence in myself. I have learned to say no to others, and most importantly, to say yes to me!
