When I left my successful career as a middle school teacher I didn’t have a detailed blueprint, but I knew that my Soul was guiding me. Although it was scary at times, as I followed my Soul’s lead I was guided, step-by-step, to this new evolution of my career.

- Create a practical and effective daily practice that helps you stay aligned with your Soul’s guidance throughout the day
- Integrate daily mindset tools so that you can clear unhelpful thought patterns and take the Soul-guided action that will generate the results you’re looking for.

Private Coaching with Me
Every participant will have a private, one-hour Soul coaching session with me (via phone or Zoom). This is a practical and intuitive session. Most group coaching programs don’t offer personalized attention. But, you can rest assured, that I will get to know you and your unique situation so that I can help you in the most effective way.
Live Q & A Coaching Calls
Twice a month you’ll have an opportunity to connect with me and the other Studio members live.
I’ll ask you to post a question in our private Facebook group for me to answer on each live Q&A call. The Q&A calls which are done over Zoom (audio only) will be a chance for you to pause, reflect and make sure that you are taking steps based on your Soul’s guidance for your career and life’s purpose, rather than on old patterns or other people’s expectations.
On these calls I’ll include a mini-teaching segment all about sharing your Soul’s medicine in the most effective, blessed way.
You will receive the recording of each Coaching Call. In this way, you can listen to the recording if you miss the live phone calls, and you can refer back to them as many times as you’d like.
All-Access, Small Group Coaching
An essential part of this experience will be the private Facebook page. This is the Soul Sister community space where you will stay in touch with me and share with your fellow Soul sisters the progress that you are making. This is also where you can ask questions that come up along the way.
This is an intimate coaching group. Many group-coaching programs are huge (with hundreds of members) but I purposely keep the membership in the Studio small, so that I can personally connect with every person (you’ll be in touch with me–not someone working for me).
This type of small group coaching is perfect if you’re not a fan of large coaching programs and private coaching isn’t a fit for your budget or energy right now.
I will keep you on track and accountable to your Soul by posting weekly invitations for you to check-in weekly with your progress.
