Radical self-care is essential when you’re committed to helping others. It truly is not optional if you want to lead others in their healing journey with the most integrity, effectiveness and ease.
The origin of the word “radical” means root and I call this radical self-care because it’s self-care that goes to the root of all of the resistance, burdens, and outdated beliefs that can keep us in patterns of martyrdom and rescuing.
As a wellness professional, entrepreneur and mother of 5, I understand firsthand how challenging it can feel to practice radical self-care. However, I know that it’s not only possible to practice this type of daily self-care, but that it actually accelerates your service to others in a way that blesses you and your clients/students.
Reiki energy healing is one of the most powerful tools I use to ensure that I stay committed to my own healing journey as I continue to expand the way I help others.
Join me for this customized Reiki training specifically designed for wellness professionals and those who want to become wellness professionals*.
This training will help you:
-Develop clear energy boundaries so you don’t take on the wounds and burdens of your clients/students.
-Create a daily practical, powerful and efficient self-Reiki practice to ensure you have the vitality to continue expanding your service.
-Enhance your intuition so you can clearly hear the guidance of your Soul about important decisions you’re making in your career and life.
The training will include teachings on:
-The basics of Reiki energy healing.
– The basics of the 9 chakra system and how to bring them back into harmony when they’re off balance.
-Creating a simple, efficient, self-Reiki protocol that fits into your unique life context.
-Developing clear energy boundaries
You will:
– Receive a Reiki attunement to activate your ability to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others.
– Receive a Reiki Level 1 manual (will be delivered digitally).
– Receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate (will be delivered by mail).
-Receive a link to download to your device so you can have access to the replay of the class.
In addition you will:
*Have access to a private Facebook group during the 21-day integration period following the Reiki training so you can feel supported as you integrate the teachings and create a life-long habit of radical self-care as you continue to help others.
*Wellness professionals include life coaches, mental health therapists, physical and occupational therapists, nurses, yoga instructors acupuncturists, and massage therapists, among others.
