Lisa will share mantras designed specifically to help you release blocks to following your Soul’s guidance and to strengthen your capacity to stay centered throughout your day. She will lead a special meditation to help you listen to your Soul’s guidance about your intentions for 2018. Lisa will also do Reiki on each participant to bring about deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
